Our Process

1.
THE FIRST
"HELLO"

Got your message! Let's get things rolling. We will send you an email with date and time options for an online meeting. We'll chat, figure out your event vision, and make sure we're on the same page regarding the video and/or photo production for your event.

4.
BOOKING
CONFIRMATION

Once the deposit is in, we'll confirm your booking with an email. You'll also receive a Google Calendar invite for your Event Day, outlining the meeting time, event photographic plan, and all our phone numbers to ensure easy access to vital details.

7.
REST DUE BALANCE &
FAST DELIVERABLES (IF AGREED)

After the event, we will send you the invoice covering the outstanding balance.
Shortly thereafter, in just 24-48 hours, we'll provide you with the fast deliverables like 10/15 edited sneak peek pictures or a short social media video (if agreed upon in the agreement).

2.
ONLINE MEETING & 

PRODUCTION PLAN

During our online meeting, we blend your preferences with our planning and recommendations, creating "The Event Production Plan." We'll choose or customize a package fitting your wishes, and discuss copyrights, privacy, and other details.

5.
FOLLOW-UP BEFORE
THE EVENT DAY

2-3 days before your event, we will send you a follow-up email. We will make sure everything's going smoothly and see if there's anything else you need. If adjustments are necessary, we can handle that, and we'll also provide last tips if needed for a better event production.

8.
FINAL DELIVERY OF THE
PHOTOGRAPHS AND/OR VIDEOS

After a thorough editing and retouching process, we present you the final results capturing your event within just 1 week. We will select the best moments, encompassing both photography and/or films, aligning seamlessly with the specifics of your agreement.

3.
AGREEMENT &

DEPOSIT INVOICE

After our online meetup, we'll drop you a
a structured email containing the finalized agreement (which will include the production plan), a deposit invoice with payment details, and a short checklist with aspects left to be handled on-the-go (if any).

6.
CAPTURING
YOUR EVENT

Now your event is on!
Whether it's a corporate gathering, product launch, or team-building event, we'll ensure your event occasion is documented in a professional, engaging, and dynamic way, according to your goals.​

9.
SMALL REMEDIES 
(IF NEEDED)

If, after reviewing your event photographs and/or videos, you'd like a little bit something extra—maybe more photos from a specific scenario or replace a shot in the video— we're here to make those small remedies free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
